I've got a volvo penta AQ145A with a solex downdraft carb.
My Seloc manual talks about needing to change out the main jet and emulsion jet for changes in elevation.
I am planning a trip from sea level to 6000 feet elevation and want to be prepared but I am having a problem finding these jet...
I figure this could be a simple powerhead gasket, but I suppose it could also be a warped powerhead. Is this worth fixing if the motor runs great otherwise?
I've got a 1971 merc 39. Just ran it today and noticed water dripping from the spark plug followed by sputtering and then it quit. Is there a head gasket on this?
Hey everyone. I'm trying to replace the bellows on my Volvo Penta AQ280 outdrive. The side pins in the support arm are seized in place and I can't get them out. Any suggestions before I desroy them?
