1956 30hp evinrude: starts and runs at high throttle, slow the throttle down and u get lean pops and stall. all new seals and rebuilt carb except the float it looked good. it seems to be a timing issue but im not sure. any suggestions?
i have a pressurized tank and when i disconnect the hoses from the motor, the fitting going to the motor from the tank lets all the air out of the tank. is this right or is the reciever sticking? i just got the tank so i'm not sure
