    VHF & no name boat

    I have a boat with no name. I was wondering, when using the VHF radio, how should I refer to myself. Normally, folks would say like, otherboatname this is myboatname over, or what have you. If your boat doesn't have a name, how do you identify yourself?

    Not stupid really, maybe just dumb.

    Several years ago, my uncle-in-law and I went fishing on the Alabama River just west of Selma. I had never been there before, but he had this ramp that he liked to use. It was way out in the middle of nowhere in the back of a litle neighborhood that was in the back of a bunch of farm land...
