    What year is this Mercury

    I have a Mercury outboard motor. On the shaft it says 18XP. On the plate it says 9398023. Below that B or 8 4822 Verviers Made in Belgium. I looked everywhere for the year and I need parts to repairs this motor. Thanks in Advance Peter
