Can anyone help me out Please? I just bought an old 12ft. Alumacraft rowboat. The man I bought it from said he never had the title and just gave me a bill of sale. He thought the boat was a 1950 but not sure. The number stamped on the keel to transom bracket is "B3903". Can anyone confirm this...
