    Couple quick questions about fuel and tach

    On my 89 Johnson GT100, which way is the red Run/Manual start fuel seletor suppose to go for run mode, to the right when looking at it from the front of the motor? Also, how many poles should I set my tach too?

    I just got a used Johnson Control Box to power a 89 100HP Johnson engine. It included the key, but the key does not turn with the controls in any position. Do these control boxes require power before the key switch works?
