    water in my MS4A gearbox

    I have an MS4A gearbox on my port engine (TAMD41A) Volvo Diesel. The gearbox is water cooled from the heat exchanger and when I went to service the oil this month I noticed a lof of milky oil and water. I am hoping its a simple o-ring. Does anyone have any ideas?

    Water in gearbox

    I have a Volvo penta MS4A 2.63:1 gearbox and there is water in the oil. I am hoping it is just an o ring. Hoping this won’t require a complete rebuild. Has anyone ever dealt with this?

    fuel mixture

    I have an old 58 Johnson V4. the mix is supposed to be 24:1. it sure smokes something fierce, too be expected by this mix, can I lean it out without dammaging the motor? Say 32:1 or even 40:1 ?
