This boat runs for about 20-25 minutes and then surges. I have discovered that the fuel tank is under a vacuum.
My question is, where is the fuel tank vent? Is it simply in the fuel cap or someplace else?
My neighbor's boat has a Volvo engine and there is a sticker on it that says SAE 30W. He is concerned because nobody seems to make that anymore. I told him 10w-30 or Mobil1 1 synthetic should be fine.
Any confirmation or concerns?
I believe the title says what I need. A schematic for the whole engine would be nice, but the charging circuit isn't working so I would be happy just getting that part of a schematic.
