    40 HP Evinrude Slips When Throttled Up

    I have a 1960's 40 hp Evinrude which was running fine last fall, and suddenly started slipping, as if weeds were around the propeller. The propeller will only engage at idle. As soon as I throttle up, it seems to slip. I checked the shear pin and it looks fine. Could fouled spark plugs cause...
