just bought an 71 evinrude 50 model # 50172S. the guy i got it from said it ran fine until they put a new starter on it. The plugs wont fire in the motor ,take them out and they will fire strong..?.? looks like the top coil pack has been replaced recently... all wiring seems to be correct...
