    safe to use diluted bleach on cavas canopy?

    just like the title asks. the top on my boat is gross, and dirrrrrrty i'm looking to not get it perfect but to atleast clean it up a bit. is bleach going to hurt it, other than the dirst its in amazingly good condition for a 1980, no rips tears, snaps missing, so i woul dlike to save it

    1980 70hp merc. low top end rpms

    so my motor is running good, idles smooth, accels smooth, but I'm only getting about 4000rpms out of it full out, but when its in neutral and and i rev it with the cold start/idle control i can open it right up, is this a throttle cable problem?

    small hairline cracks?

    so in some spots on the hull of my boat there are small dark lines i assume to be hairline cracks, are these something i should be worried about over time?

    cleaning, waxing, polishing?

    i searched a bit and didn't come up with much, so i figure this would be the best place to ask, is pressure spraying your hull bad for it, and is it better to wax or polish. i just got rid of my beater boat and got one really worth cleaning up and taking care of in my eyes so what ever secrets...

    so i've never done any work as far as the hull on a boat, just up graded my boat to a much nicer one and of course the first time i pull it out of the water the front roller splits and i hit frame taking 2 small probaly 1/8' by 3/4 chips out of the gell coat and can see fiberglass, it doesnt...
