    Battery voltage

    I charged a new AGM battery to 100% charge rate, however, the voltage reading was at 12 volts. Is that just because it is the "nature of the beast"? I always thought a fully charged battery was supposed to be closer to 12.5 volts. Thanks very much for your responses

    trailer tongue

    To replace the cobb job welded 1 7/8 ball coupler on my trailer with a 2" ball coupler, I had to cut the tongue 2" shorter. I haven't attached the 2" coupler on yet. Will the shorter 2" difference affect towing?
