That is actually something I know has been done by the mechanic acquaintance I mentioned in another comment. We're manually mixing the oil and gas which has worked no problem.
Unfortunately, I have very little info on the maintenance on the boat - my dad bought it probably 10 years ago, and I know he's taken it to a boat mechanic acquaintance a couple of times over the years. But I don't know the ins and outs of what he had done.
