    Had the boat up North this past weekend and motor was running great, pushed the 14' boat very nicely. Got back to dock and as I was raising motor...CRACK!     14' Naden Rehab

    Acquired this boat for nothing, seats rotten and transom was 50% missing. It's 14' boat with nice lines, well made and sturdy. No transom label; guessing is a mid 1960s boat made in Webster City IA! I ordered marine grade 3/4" plywood from the local reseller only to find it was backordered...

    Stripped out shift rod connector

    Has anyone had experience with the brass stripping out from over-tightening on a shift rod connector? I was thinking of tapping it and going a size up in bolt diameter. The motor is a '68 18HP Fastwin:eek: -Patrick
