    My Mercury 3 cyl 50hp wont start

    My Mercury 3 cylinder 50hp outboard wont start for love or money, The starter turns over very slowly even with a jump start from a van. I also have to bupass the solinoid as i dont think that this works as it does not start on the key. Any help would be much appreciated!!!!
