2004 mercury with a (yamaha mtr) 225 4 stroke engine alarm comes on at 5000rpms

I brought my boat in for service two weeks ago with this problem of the engine alarm coming on at 5000rpms then goes to reduced ower...back off the thottle and it seems normal untill about 5-10mins of running time then have the same problem......not over heating new water pump temp gage normal...
Hey guys this problem just started with my mtr...I ran all weekend and upon rtn to my channel the mtr alarm went off @ 5000rpms and power drop to 2000rpm...check water dischagre was warm to the touch and all warning gages were ok.... took it to the dealer where i brought the boat from and they...
