    i just got a new fish finder mounted on my boat it is a lowrance 4x pro I have had several people tell me to turn the fish id off and just read the arcs. Why is that? love to hear your opinions

    for all of us who practice catch and release know its bad to keep a fish out of water for to long. But what if you catch a real nice bass and you want to weigh it. Would anyone like to share there techniques. Please none of that length calculation stuff i don't trust it!

    i have a fishing pontoon and i want to put a trolling motor on it but im worried the bracket will get in the way how do you guys deal with that metal plate in the floor when your not fishing / is there any way to cover it? my family is bugging me that they will stub there toe on it
