I picked up a 5mshx yamaha. The pee stream was weak so I opened it up and found the impeller to be new, spinning the right direction,pickup tube inserted proper and a clean pee hole. Then I got to thinking Maybe it's normal so thought I'd check to see if anyone else has a yamy or mariner in 5...
I didn't know these motors don't have a telltale till after I bought it. Also I use it for trolling so didn't want to keep leaning out to pour more fuel while fishing, so after a little looksee and a lot of parts that didn't work maybe I can offer a shortcut to others interested in doing this...
