This Gimbal bearing thing. Is it something that has to be or should be lubed and checked. If so, how often and the procedure for doing so. 1989 Sear Ray 3.0. No excess noise or anything but the book doesn't address this issue. Thanks for your time.
1989 Mercruiser 3.0 130 hp. New plugs, points, timing set, fuel filter, runs great EXCEPT under heavy load such as pulling up a skier. Full throttle gives hesitation. Runs rough enough to make it hard to pull up a heavier skier. Half throttle works well for small skiers but not adults...
