I searched this site and cant seem to get a solid answer. Do you prefer the ride of a 26' cat vs a 22' v-hull. Going to sell my 22' boat and looking at stuff around 26'. What are the negatives of the catamaran as for ride?

I have a freshly built bottom end and a freshly blownup 235 Evinrude around a 84 model. Is there any other size or model powerhead that will bolt up to this? Shopevinrude doesnt go back far enough.
