I totally agree.. there is no blockage at the screen I just replaced it! No blockage in the impeller housing. Water is not restricted to the pump by way of the lower unit housing. I submerged and checked. I am flabbergasted!

Pump is not pumping water. First rebuild the motor got hot.
Several attempts to rebuild and reinstall indicated the pump was not pumping. Water hose attached to the water tube to check the cooling system showed no blockage. A good flow out the pee hole.

Yes Sir. I have tried all this. double and triple check to make sure the impeller is not slipping on the shaft or the rubber impeller is not slipping on the brass center.
Had to replace the impeller.
Have swapped back and forth from old to new parts with no results.
I've taken several naps in- between time spent on this repair the last three weeks 😏
Housing has been replaced but that would be my next move. I've been dealing with this for several weeks. Ordering parts, waiting for delivery, replacing parts with no results. Only thing left is order another housing and cup. I am very sure that the impeller is not slipping on the shaft.
Yes they match. Unless the impellor is slipping on the shaft. Even though there are no visible indication. I'll test that with out the housing attached.
the notch is perfect fit for the key in the impellor. . the notch on the shaft allows for a little play. There is no indication on the shaft that the impellor or key is slipping around the shaft.
