Could someone tell me the year of my Johnson 3.3hp outboard? Serial #H09369384. It says "Commercial" on the side of the engine. It this any different than any other 3.3hp Johnson? How do I obtain an owners manual for this outboard? And last but not least, what is the correct fuel/oil ratio to use?
