    How do you get water out of bilge?

    Im a new boater and have a 23' Seaswirl, noticed samll [2-3"] water in the bilge, bilge pump requires more before it will suck it up, [ I think????] Any ideas on getting this water out? Will it harm anything etc. It came from washing the boat down inside and out etc, no leaks in hull!!

    Boat is moored/How do I load my overweight mother-in-law on my boat??[ Help]

    I have a beautiful cottage on the lake but the water is shallow, 23' cruiser moored out in the water 200 yards when im there. Any tips on getting 300# mother-in-law :mad: and others in and out of the boat, have a small aluminum boat for shuttle-- :eek: but its a pain, the boat is moored...

    drain plug/where does the water come from?

    new boater here.I pull my boat from the lake remove the drain plug out comes water? is that normal ? where does it come from? also I have 2-3 inches of water in my bilge --under cuddy, 2001 boat-- no cracks --hull in great shape-- is this normal.? thanks for help. dp.

    porta potty problem/question!

    My 23'Seaswirl has a porta potty, it has a pump out system, how does the potty work....it has a water hose going in and a waste hose going out.....the potty wass full so i removed the unit and dumped it,[on shore] i was not near a marina.....do i have it pumped out at a marina or what how does...
