1993 Mercury 115 hp. I replaced the lower unit in my boat that came from a 90 hp merc engine. It works perfectly except my top speed went from about 38 mph to around 33 mph. Does the 90 hp unit have lower gears or something? Can't figure out the lower speed. Thanks
