    66 Johnson 3HP... fuel connection question

    Took the cowling off. The fuel line from the top tank is disconnected. The external tank line is connected to that little black box on the side. The little brass spigot (shut off valve)has no way of having it "either way" top tank or external tank. Whats up ? Am I missing a part or did the...
