    can I pull a tuber?

    Hi guys, Im just wondering if I really have the power to pull a tuber. I have a 66 14ft Glastron V-142 with a 1966 50 HP Merc 500. The boat weighs 550lbs. Do you guys think I can pull a tuber that wieghs 200lbs or less? Me, a spotter and the tuber only. Thanks.

    Can anyone point me in the right direction on where to buy a three blade prop for my 66 merc 500? I cant find anything on the web. I will use this boat for pulling a tube or wakeboard and can someone explain what pitch is? What should I get? thanks.

    I am just wondering, I am restoring a 66 Glastron and all I got left is the painting. I was told to gel coat it but thats like 4K and I dont want to spend that much. Is gel coating a fiberglass boat the only option? Can I be pointed in the right direction in detail? Im lost and on a deadline...
