I have a 1992 evinrude v4 90hp and just bought it. I do not know a lot about it so we took compression test and all cylinders tested 145 to 150. When we first started it the motor ran real rough and would not idle and sounded like it wanted to lean out. I took the carbs off and rebuilt them...
