HI all. Total NOOB here so be kind. I have a 1991 60 hp evinrude outboard on a 17ft tracker. For a long time the engine will cut out at high throtle aprox 5000 rpm. It will only cut out for a second and then resume running as normal. The engine does this at random time trough out the day...
