    Would you buy a boat with little engine time?

    2009 Ebbtide 2240 Extreme with Merc 350 300HP Bravo 1. Engine only has 42 hours on it and i don't think it has been used for at least a year. I worry about seals etc. I would have it surveyed but am I asking for trouble down the road? I am new to I/O always had outboards. thanks rbc

    Looking for source for quality galvanized davit cables

    I bought some galvanized davit cables for davits and they were rusty in a years time. I was told by dealer that cable makers now use minimum galvanizing on cables because of cost.     F 115 squealing noise

    Blue dye on my vinyl cushion

    Anybody ever found a way to remove some dye stains on a vinyl cushion? I have tried lots of "stuff" but no results. Dye is from a blue bathing suit. I know you have to be somewhat careful with what you use so that you do not damage vinyl. rbc
