1987 40 horse evinrude vro
just got motor and will run if i feed gas into carbs . Primer bulb gets hard but no gas is in the carb bowls i have traced it to the vro pump but gas not comming out to the carbs . What could be the problem ? Is the fuel pump ontop of the primer asembly ? I got this...
