    83 Envinrude 25hp Water Pump???

    Just fired up a 83 Evinrude 25hp model#E25RLCTE and I'm only getting drops out of the cooling pisser. I'm suspect to say water pump but is there anything else I can check before droping the lower unit. Not very familiar with this motor and could use as much help as possible. Thanks.

    Piston Question

    Having the block on a 40hp 4cyl honed (Engine Serial # 0G140839). The parts diagram shows the use of 3 ring piston or 2 ring piston. What is the difference and can I go with a 2 ring piston. Oil injection is removed and will run pre-mix.

    Oil Injection Question

    I have a 1995 Mercury Tracker 40hp 4 cylinder. The oil injector/pump is not functioning. Is it possible to remove the oil injection system and run pre-mix instead of the oil injection without hurting the motor. If pre-mix is a option what would be the best mix ratio to run. Thanks
