I recently put new points condensers and a coil in my evinrude the coil wire was to close to the flywheel and wore a spot in the wire and i lost spark in that cylinder i purchaed new coil and replaced that and reset the points i noticed the magnets on the flywheel were dirty so i lightly sanded...
I have a 1954 evinrude 25 hp this is the one that has that cover that has screws that you can remove the access to the spark plugs a matter of fact is its gone when i bought it last week i am wondering now if thats the reason its so stuck because water and moisture from sitting could get into...
