Mine is on the dashboard and completely faded. I'll be doing some crabbing in Febuary at the mouth of the Columbia River and the Coast Guard are likely to take a look. I've seen some others posting here but they were from slightly different boats. I think 1990-1993 should work but 89 and earlier...
