    Questions E4RETB Evinrude 4 hp

    I got a few questions I'm hoping someone can answer for me . I have had to do work on the timer base of this engine and have set the trigger about a 1/3 of an inch from the flywheel. The motor does run, but I have to reset the pilot jet, kinda stumbles at lower rpm. I will reset to 1 1/2 turns...

    Evinrude 4hp E4RETB

    Ahoy matey's, I recently got a 4hp E4RETB evinrude back too life . It runs fine, water coming out the back three holes and another side hole. Water is kinda spitting out, the motor was just idleing . Should it be a steady stream ? I'm gonna rebuild the fuel pump and change out the lower leg...
