    Yamaha 6hp Bogs down under load

    2005 Yamaha 6HP 2 stroke Outboard starts, revs well and pumps a good jet of water but once the motor gets warm after about 10 minutes of running in gear it starts to bog down. If I take it out of gear it revs well but as soon as I put it back in gear it bogs down again. Possible causes anyone?

    Yamaha 6hp cut out

    My Yamaha 6hp 2006 model cut out whilst out fishing yesterday but would restart after a few minutes. I have notice that no exhaust was coming out of the 2 small holes under the engine. Is there supposed to be exhaust coming from here? could this be the cause of engine cutting out? Thanks

    6hp Yamaha only pumps water with muffs on and not in barrel or Sea

    My last impeller on my 2005 6hp 2 stroke Yamaha disintegrated so I replaced it with a new one and for some reason it pumps water very strongly on the muffs but will not pump at all in a barrel of water or when I took it out to sea today. Whats going on?

    I have just purchased a 2006 Yamaha 2 stroke 6hp outboard and there is some confusion as to what the fuel mixture should be! Some forums say 50-1 some 100-1. Can anyone confirm what it should be please?

    Evinrude 15hp slow down at full Throttle in Gear

    My 1988 Evinrude 15hp 2 stroke seems to slow right down when I throttle up in gear. Out of gear it runs fine and does not loose revs! I have new coils, new power pack, carb has been overhauled. Fuel has been left in the carb for a year since it was last overhauled!

    Mariner 4hp Wash Screw?

    Hi I have a 1988 4hp mariner which has been a very reliable little engine. near the bottom of the leg are 2 screws, 1 is for oil and the otherone say "WASH" does anyone know what this is for? Thanks Paul

    1988 Evinrude 15hp loses Power when at full Speed
