I have a 94 Force 120; installed new Trigger Assembly due to broken wire, reset timing at 28 degrees BTDC at WOT on Cranking. Seems to run fine but when I put it in gear in the water it wants to stall. What should the RPM's be on the water in Neutral? Out of water with muffs it goes into gear...
