Seats installed. Have been having a blast with it lately. Fluke, striped bass, bluefish. Sipping gas. 3 Gallon tank is a whole day of cruising.
Not a banner day. But a great day of fishing.

Out with the old, in with the new! The old johnson 15 just wasnt cutting it, WOT and it would just begin to plane off with 3 people. Put a new 25 Yamaha 2 stroke and it FLIES, still in break in period, but half throttle (per owners manual for two hours) was more...

Agreed. For the application and cost of the material it works well as an engine mount.

Here she is. A few minor odds and ends to complete. Custom seats are being made and need to be installed. Also building a jack plate. The transom was built to 20 inches but these older engines didn't adhere to that standard. Will continue to post if anyone is...

Big day today! PAINT! Beautiful day outside upper 60's. First picture is of primer.The rest show the various coats of Awl Grips Aqua Mist. A subtle blue color, darker blue in less light. The inside will be a darker blue (Whaler Blue). Heres some pics.

Havent posted in a while. here is a preview with the jewelry on it! Found these stainless railings on ebay for cheap. They worked perfect! Just needed a bit of hand bending to match the curve.

Finally got the transom board put in. Transom board is made by PolyUmac out of FL. Great people to deal with, and high quality product. Here is an overview of the installation, and after a few hours of grinding and a bit of fairing. Can't wait to see the final...
