found a bad piston to day did not hurt the sleave but piston needs to be replaced..does anyone no were to get them or how much there are for 1 piston and rings...
i have a 1971 chrysler volvo 130 motor in my boat..first off it is hard to start,backfires at low idle and oil around the head to the block (gasket) is coming out decent....wat do you guys think...and is there anything to look for when taking head off...

just took my 71 chrysler out today and it ran great at 1/8 on the gas but as soon as you let it ideal it wants to die...then to get it going you have to hold it wide open then starts.but at full it runs great.what do you guys think!!! o ya the cap had green on electrods...put new one on today...
