    Engine Mount Nuts

    1988 mercruiser v6 205 hp. Trying to align the engine. Question is, What size is the nuts holding motor to the motor mounts . I tried 1, 1.1/8. 1 1/6. 27 mm. No luck Thanks,Rich

    Drive wont go in all the way

    Ok. I have read the posts on alignment. Of the engine and I used the alignment tool and it went in very Easy ,BUT I get NO lines on it when I remove it . I am pretty sure the bearing is in all the way as I follow ed instructions on putting the alignment bar together. Suggestions please. Thanks,Rich

    Trim sensor wiring

    Have 1988 mercruiser 4.3 xl Replacing. Trim limit & sender switches. The previous owner cut the old wires off so I don't know where they go. Especially the purple wire and 2 blue . I have 2 solenoids I tried following the manual but still having a problem. Thanks Rich.

    How many CC carb. should I have.

    1972 225 omc sterndrive. What size carb should be on it. I just bought a rebuilt 650 cc Q jet. The mechanic says it is to big only turned adj. Screw out 1/4 turn. Now can't get full throttle.

    carb. electric choke.

    72 oMC 225 sterndrive till clutch took it all apart grease it all up and put it back together still have the drive propped up should I be able to turn the worm gear by hand with no load on it
