I recently picked up a used 1986 90 horse Evinrude and the tilt/trim is not working. I have power to the tilt/trim motor and the unit still does not operate. It does not make any sound. To me it sounds as if the electric motor is shot. Does my diagnosis sound correct and if it is does anyone...
