    dislocated transom on 12' Zodiac mark2c

    I recently picked up the Zodiac described & the transom is seperated from the pontoon on each side, does anyone know what type of adhesive I should use to stick it back together with that'll be a nice permanent bond, as usual all advice & responces appreciated.

    bouncing outdrive

    Trying not to sound to stupid, I've gone through almost everything on this 74, Sea Ray 240SRV (fixed/replaced, cleaned, etc.) put it in the water lever it into reverse & the outdrive comes out of the water, prop spinning, water spinning everywhere, like it's not locked in place somehow, also...
