I just put my boat all back together after changing the impeller, my question is the water guide on the lower unit next to the shaft and impeller casing does water come out of there and surround the shaft and if so does that water leak out behind the lower unit?
My question is how long do these hoses usually last? I have a 97 mercrusier it is a fresh water boat and is not stored in the water, from a visual inspection they look good to me I don't see any dry rotting or cracks.
So Ive been looking for some wakeboard bindings i went into a few shops in my area they had a lot of there 2010 models 50% - 60% off, the only thing is they don't have my size i wear a 12-13 and i cant find anything not even on the internet I'm looking preferably last years model or something in...

Ok so I'm looking at a liquid force substance board the guy says its pretty much new he wants $50 for it, only thing is will it be to small for me? I weigh a 170lbs and the wakeboard is a 138. Does anybody know if this board will work out for me? some charts say max is 160lbs some say 200lbs....

I have a 97 4.3 v6 mercruiser with a alpha one outdrive. So my problem is when i shift into forward i push the control about half way down before it grabs and when it does it jerks the whole boat. it does this about 2 out 3 times i go forward...
I think my alternator went bad its on a 97 mercruiser, I'm just wondering how many hours did your alternator last? I kinda want an idea on how many hours i have on my boat?
I've been doing some research and it seems like there's several different ways to install wakeboard towers. So here's what i did, I drilled the holes in reverse i chamfered the holes installed the rubber the mounts and even applied epoxy to the back up plates. I did all this in a few hours...
