i have a mercruiser 5.7 350 EFI, i plugged in a noid light at the injector and am getting no light.....what does this sound like and what is it called???

now my trim wont go up unless i push the trailer button and it goes up fine and when i push the down button it goes down just fine. checked the fluid all looks good there.....no noise or anything at all when i push the up button....??
