Surge-type brakes:
I've had my trailer just over a year. Yesterday we dumped the boat off at the lake(My trailer/boat only sees lakes, no salt water), returned home. Backed the empty trailer up into the driveway. When we went to leave an hour later, both brakes were seized. Backing up...

GO to the Seattle boat show...get a case of twofootitis. I want a 26 ft. cruiser! I just bought a 2004 20 ft. Campion Explorer last year! Okay, so I have sixfootitis!

*sigh*

Mind you, I'm a previous owner of an Evinrude 115 2 stroke, and a 4.3 liter Chevy V6...but Saturday, with a full tank (38 gallons) we motored around anywhere between 7 knots and 20 knots (Engine break in period) for 3 hours and the gas guage did not move off of full!
My Suzuki 140 comes with a 14 X 19 pitch prop. The spare prop I can get in 17 through 23 pitch.

Which is best for waterskiing?

What would be a good "Speed" prop pitch?

Advanced thanks, as I'm uniformed when it comes to props.
