Merc 2002 40 EFI starts cold and runs great but won't start and run properly after running for 15-20 mins. She cranks no problem and tries to start but will shut down as if it was flooded. I've had it back to the dealer several times and they are unable to duplicate. The dealer mechanics are as...
I'm new here but not new to boats. I just bought a real nice used 16ft boat with a Mercury 40EFI, manual tilt/trim. Question: Are there any contraptions made to assist tilting the OB while in the water? It is a bit of bear otherwise.
