    Distributor cap had some corrosion and thought coil was bad.

    2000 Mercruiser 5.0 stern drive Replaced coil and distributor cap. Only getting 3 volts to the coil. Engine won’t turn over - isn’t getting any spark. No sure next step on where to trouble shoot the problem? Thanks
