    I've been looking for a LU for my '94 Johnson 50 hp (J50TLERE) and I'm finding that several people do not have enough information to correctly identify the motor that the LU came off of. Sometimes they don't even still have the motor to retrieve the model no. It's easy to cross reference model...

    Boy, did I pull a dumb one!

    Ok guys, please be gentle. I pulled a stupid one and now I gotta pay the piper. I have a 1994 Johnson 50hp with oil injection with an external oil tank. My boat sat for 2 years in the garage, so I had no idea what to expect. I keep the batteries on charger/maintainers so I wasn't really worried...
