    Nissan 18, 2006, prop shaft replacement

    I am unlucky enough to need to replace the prop shaft. Does the entire lower unit need to come off or can it be done from the front of the prop area (where the 2 bolts are)? Any tips/tricks would be so great.... diagrams/pictures would help also... Thanks in advance for ANY advise. Rob.

    I have the bad luck of having to replace a bent prop shaft on Nissan 18hp short shaft. Anyone have any tips, tricks, links that can help? How do I know if the seals are okay? Any torque specs I need? Thanks.

    Johnson 9.5 idle mix setup

    My 9.5 (don't know year or serial number yet, will check tonite) has the external adjusment knob (long gone) and I want to set it to the factory specs. Some motors have a default setting like "all the way in and 1/2 out" ... anyone know the trick on this one?
