    Opinions on my impeller...?

    I just replaced the impeller in my Alpha 1 Gen II lower unit...and this is what came out. I am almost certain that this is the original impeller, and I am curious as to why one of the vanes appears to have a reversed set...and one of the vanes appears to have taken no set at all? Am I wrong...
