I just got a 9.9 manual Bigfoot. It says out put is 6amps. Because it is a manual start it has no battery leads. I would like to charge my battery while trolling. It looks like everything is there including the rectifier. Is there a wiring kit for this?

Checked Kill Switch and unplugged from motor harness No spark
Unplugged all CDMs than plugged in one at a time verify resistance rise each one.
Ohms check stator grn/wht to wht/grn books says 380 to 420 I got 212
Cranking voltage stator book says no less than 100 I got 50
